Dr. Pavan Duggal addressed the Webinar on “Threats And Protection From Cybercrime: In Perspective of Growing Trend of Social Media” organized by Cyberlaw University alongwith East District Legal Services Authority and Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi on 23rd May, 2020 at 12 pm.

With more than a billion people having been forced to be in homes during National Lockdowns, Coronavirus age has got diverse responses from different governments across the world.
Different legal provisions have been made in different parts of the world. These increasing new developments in Coronavirus age indicates that the New Cyber World Order is around the corner.
With the coming of humanity out from COVID-19 times, cyberspace, in which we are living, will be a different ground reality.
Dr. Pavan Duggal, international renowned expert and authority on Cyberlaw and Chairman, International Commission on Cyber Security Law has authored a book “New Cyber World Order Post COVID-19”. This book seeks to demystify some of the parameters that New cyber World Order is likely to take, once Coronavirus age comes to an end.
