Electronic Evidence is an integral part of our lives. With Covid-19 coming in, more and more electronic evidence is getting generated and is finding its way to courts, legal proceedings and quasi-judicial proceedings. Hence, admissibility and proof of electronic evidence assumes massive significance. Today, with more and more digital stakeholders using electronic evidence, they need to know about the legalities as also legal policies, regulatory nuances pertaining to production and proof of electronic evidence.

This course aims to sensitize as to the growing importance of electronic evidence from a legal standpoint and the various legalities that are connected with production and proof of electronic evidence and also its admissibility.

This course further sensitizes the participants in layman’s language as to what are the compliances that they have to ensure that they are complying with so that the electronic evidence is admissible and can be properly produced and proved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
