Vice Chancellor’s Message
MESSAGE FROM THE VICE CHANCELLOR
I take this opportunity to welcome all the students to Cyberlaw University – an Online University which, in short span of time, has become most likeable and sought after University by those who are specifically dedicated to the study of Cyberlaw and related various disciplines of the cyber world.
Since its inception in 2009, Cyberlaw University has gradually gained momentum and has crossed the benchmark of teaching / training of more than 15,000 students across 165 countries and speaking 43 languages.
Everyone is aware of the fact that the Cyberlaw as a discipline is constantly evolving and has not been fully developed. We are living in a period of rapid change. Our focus at the University has been to enable students to independently think and analyse for themselves and be really prepared to face challenges emerging from cyber crimes and various other legal threats concerning cyberspace.
As Vice Chancellor, I envision the growth of Cyberlaw University in reaching out to the unknown areas for research opportunities in cyber related disciplines and encouraging students to contribute to the said subject. This would be only possible, when the students are given an exposure to learn about the prevailing trends in the cyber world from various parts of the world.
We aim to reach out to inaccessible regions through virtual presence. Hence, I take this opportunity to invite and welcome all relevant stakeholders to take advantage of the courses offered by Cyberlaw University.
I sincerely appreciate the ongoing and outstanding contribution of our Chancellor Dr. Pavan Duggal. He has not only been the backbone of the University but he has the feather in his cap of conceptualizing the Cyberlaw University.
May his endeavours alongwith our whole-hearted support bring glorious results!
May Cyberlaw University flourish from strength to strength!
The establishment of Cyberlaw University is an exciting milestone in the emergence of truly cyber protected society.
Mrs. Kusum Duggal
Vice Chanellor, Cyberlaw University
