These issues are crucial for the further development of video conferencing.
This book looks at the work done internationally in terms of legal approaches to video conferencing and practical lacunas that are arising in this direction. It further highlights key thrust areas which need to be addressed by lawmakers and policymakers in different parts of the world so as to provide enabling legal frameworks for video conferencing and to meet its varied challenges in cyberspace that video conferencing is currently facing.
Given my work in Cyberlaw jurisprudence, I believe that legal approaches pertaining to video conferencing need to be further substantially evolve in the coming times.
